Strategic decisions are bets on numbers and personal preferences

The choice is yours.

You don’t have all the data in the world.

You don’t have all the time in the world.

There are different paths you can take :

  • None of them taking you to a perfect outcome
  • Some of them taking you to your loss
  • A few of them leading you to passable outcomes
  • Maybe one leading to a better outcome

You want to maximize the likelihood of the best scenario, reduce the risk of the worst possible scenario. But you can’t be sure of it. That’s all about the rational aspect of it.

However, in the end, the choice is yours.

There is a personal preference. How do you envision your future? How will your business look like?

It is not about crunching numbers.

It’s about waking up every morning, thriving, being confident that you’re bringing the business to a direction that you’re passionate about.

No-one else can tell you that.

Some people are more commerce retail driven, large deals driven.

Some others are more industry, technology or engineering-driven.

All of them can lead to a successful outcome. Maybe you’d like a combination, or being radical in one direction.

So, what choice will that be?
