“I don’t have time” is a BS excuse

People will tell you “I don’t have time for X or Y”. They are in essence saying “X or Y is not my priority”.

Can we accept that people do not prioritize the important matters? How can your organization progress if you and your team can’t put the important things first.

We need to take responsibility and be a reference for the team. We won’t be the ones being “too busy”.

We will gather the courage to explain why it is not a priority today, we will otherwise make it a priority and take the appropriate time to do it.
