Only people matter in an organization

Without people, your organization does not exist.

Without people, there is no need to have a clear strategy and detailed action plan.

Without excellent people, there is no possibility of setting ambitious strategies in motion.

We don’t have a WHAT problem, we have a WHO problem.

This concept is excellently explained in the book Who, by Geoff Smart and Randy Street.
