Integrity has to do with your ability to put yourself on a long term view versus short term.
What borders are you ready to cross, what bridges are you ready to burn, to make a quick buck, a short term result?
What negative impact are you ready to make on your personal or corporate brand to get an order, or sacrifice your team?
Being strong enough to say no, to have the courage to fight for what is right versus lucrative or consensual, we may develop integrity.
In my team, I would like to be around accountable people, and ready to fight for what is right for the company, for the clients, for the team, versus what’s in their interest.
